[ADL Airport] TRS and Oversized Items

Travelling this Saturday morning and will be looking to make a TRS claim.

I know where the TRS office is from my previous travel, however this time I am trying to claim on some oversized items.

For Adelaide airport, where do I go to show them the oversized items before checking in? From the TRS website, it seems I have to go to a Client Services Counter, does anyone know where it's located? And if it's 24/7? My flight is at 9:30am.

I've tried searching online but am struggling to find any Adelaide specific info.

    OP seems to have asked this question on Whirlpool, and got an answer - which was on the Ground Floor behind the escalators.

    When Client Service Counters are unattended, most will have a hotline phone connecting to a duty officer at that port. They will either come out to assist you, or direct you to proceed to the TRS Counter and indicate that a specific name has authorised the claim for oversized/unaccompanied after a couple of questions over the phone.
