Good price on Honda lawn mowers, Sydney metro?

Not expecting a great bargain, but at least a fair deal. I'm not familiar with mower business so not sure what their margin's like and if they are haggle friendly. Is it possible to get a $800 Honda mower for under $700? Cheers!
