Karaoke Machine for Bar

Hi, my brother in law is planning on opening up a small Bar and was wondering what is the best place to obtain a Karaoke machine. I've seen machines out there in big name shops but are curious if anyone out there has any experience and recommendations for something a bit more upmarket than what you would buy for home from Big-W or Kmart or stream off Youtube. It would be good if the person coming up to sing could select their own track as well.

Also are there any good sites you would recommend to get new tunes from? After some research I've noticed there are some streaming sites now that specialize in Karaoke has anyone had any experience with these for a business?
