Help with Purchase of 2 in 1 Notebook/Tablet up to 12" and under Screen

I am after a small laptop/notebook/2 in 1 tablet with a small screen size(under 12 inches) and fairly lightweight under $400.00.

My purpose is mainly for travel, eg…check email, web browsing and perhaps watch the odd movie. I do want a good resolution and the ability to web browse and load quickly. Not into gaming so that is not important.

Have been looking around at the sales and lots of places having discounts but quality wise, not sure which are the better options.

The Good Guys have the Lenovo Yoga 310 11.6" Intel Celeron Processor 4GB 32GB 2-in-1 Notebook for $349 on sale.

Need advice if there are better options or whether this is a good buy. Opinions and suggestions?

    they're a couple of years old, i upgraded mine to win 10 from the win 8 they're released with and have had no issues whatsoever.
    
    ok the hdd isn't huge but it does have usb 3.0 so you can just use an external hard drive
