Hi all, ARK just got Xbox plays anywhere support and is cross-platform with the Xbox which was really tempting as you can now play with your friends and don't have to buy an Xbox. So I started downloading the game but after a restarted my computer it refuses to continue to download, is this problem on my behalf or Microsoft. Cause its really dumb, error code that shows up is 0x80070005 anyone else getting this problem if so do you know how to fix it because i tried almost everything?
Start by running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot
Scroll down to the bottom
Click Windows Store Apps
Click Run the troubleshooter
When complete try opening the Store again.
Also check if the Store works in another user account.
Press Windows key + R
Type: wsreset.exe
Hit Enter
Do this a couple times then try launching the Store again.
Your Antivirus might be interfering with the Store, try disabling it 'temporarily' to see if it launches.
Check Windows Update and install the latest updates. Sometimes Microsoft releases infrastructure fixes for the Store through Windows Update.
