Best Mixer for Making Dough

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for mixers that's more for making all kinds of dough (mainly bread yeast dough) in large batches (probably 2kg). Currently we have the Kitchenaid 160 which is no good for anything heavier than 300grams. I have looked at the Kitchenaid Proline KSM7581 and even their commercial 325W mixer, but they have mixed reviews on the clicking noise and overheating, I also looked at the Kenwood Chef XL series and even the Titanium 1800W mixer they all have the same reviews. One thing I noticed is people in Europe recommended the Ankarsrum Original, which makes an incredible 5kg of dough for its small size but it's not being sold in here. I would love to hear any thoughts or experiences with those mixers, or other appliances that ive never heard of. All kinds of discussion are welcomed. Thanks!
