Hi Where is the best place to buy these please.?. And are there any stronger like 3.7v thanks

No such thing as far as I know.

Pretty sure you mean AA batteries that have a capacity of 3200 mAh (3.2Ah) but are still 1.2v?

The 14500 battery is a 3.7 V Lithium Ion battery that has the dimensions as an AA battery - it's not an AA battery. You can stick a 14500 battery in some of the AA sized LED torches that Gearbest sells. However if you put 14500 batteries in most equipment designed for AA batteries, you will damage it because of the higher voltage.

Yeah what you want is a 14500 lifepo4 battery, seen some on ebay just try and get a reputable brand with decent capacity
