I'm looking at buying a baby monitor for my sister to use with her newborn and wanted to know if anyone had any experience with cheap, Chinese baby monitors. If so, how was your experience with them? Are there any highly regarded Chinese brands?
I appreciate any advice you guys can give me.
It doesn't have to be, but I am looking for a budget baby monitor and was wondering how one from a seller such as Gearbest would compare to a cheap one from a seller such as Big W or Harvey Norman.
is it the babies that are Chinese or the monitors?

No, I sat next to a Chinese family on a flight to Hong Kong and their baby was babbling in exactly the same way as my Anglo baby.

aren't they all made in China? I think u can find decent quality ones, maybe less pretty maybe not as long lasting, but if it's budget u look for, why not?
