Amex Cards - Do No Annual Fee Versions Get Access To Amex Offers?

Morning

I've been looking into moving my 6k balance over to Amex.

Does the Amex Qantas and Amex Velocity (both no annual fee cards) get access to Amex offers like low rate one does?

    Amex Qantas does, had it for years and get all the usual offers posted here.

    Yes they do, all AmEx issued cards get access to all the offers posted here. Sometimes if something is targeted I don't get it but that's the exception rather than the norm.
