I'm waiting till Zelda (Switch) hits around $60. Target have had the cheapest at $79 for a while, and even the recent Christmas sales and eBay specials didn't make it cheaper than that.
It was $49 when amazon au launched I think. Currently $75.
It's unlikely to ever be $60 as a normal price though, you'll have to jump on a sale. Nintendo first party stuff does not go down in price (e.g. Super Mario 3D World for Wii U, a 6 year old console, is still $79.95 at EB Games)
Yep, you're right that Nintendo don't discount their own games. I'm just waiting on a good sale. I noticed with those eBay sales that some retailers didn't even list Zelda Switch on eBay, even though they carry it in-store. And others listed it at $90+. They all seemed happy to list the Wii U version though.
I’m waiting for a bundle deal, but as Switch is still selling so well I’m not sure when/if there’ll be any significant reductions.
