    They’re very nuetral, critical listening for sure. Doesn’t mean they’re not great for casual music listening, it just depends on your preference, headphones are pretty subjective. But yeah, these are quite flat, which a lot of people won’t prefer. Still, these are classic headphones, been around for ages.

  They are great for critical music listening and very robust for location work. They are ideally suited to monitoring audio - not sure if that's what you are trying to work out but for that google is your friend.

    I have both. No discernible difference to my ears. One is supposedly for digital use or may have different connectors but that may only be marketing. I'd go the cheaper option.

  Thanks OP, grabbing a replacement pair for the studio. My old ones have died after over 10 years of abuse. Gaff or electrical tape wont fix em anymore.

  Anyone have a suggestion of a wireless closed ear headphone without noise cancellation?
