hi all-
coffee machine died ( when plugged in shorts out the whole house which happened in middle of night with machine off but on at power point- weird).
Took machine to the ONLY recommended service agent in sydney ( as per their website) and was quoted $450 to fix it, and had to blow $80 for the privilege of this quote. Declined.
Machine is about 2 years old, looks brand new - well looked after and greatly missed over christmas.
Anybody had a service elsewhere or recs??

They charged you for a quote so you should at least be able to get a quote with break down on what needs to be done /parts replaced if they didnt supply one you should call them up and ask - then look up the prices of the parts or take a guess on what they are based on them describing what was wrong .
