TASTING NOTES
This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc varietal displays a vivid straw yellow colour featuring lemon-green highlights throughout the wine. Seeming shy and delicate at first, the nose exudes pleasant fragrances of cut grass, green stone fruits, juicy gooseberries and herbs which are underlined by subtle nuances of ripe and sweet tropical fruit aromas. The dry and medium-bodied palate packs delightful flavours of gooseberries, stone fruits and cut grass which fuse with the strong phenolic structure and zingy acidity of this white wine to provide a balanced, lengthy and firm finish.
