Cheap Tablet for Writing Notes

Hey,

Looking for recommendations, wanting to reduce my environmental footprint so looking to purchase a mass produce piece of non biodegradable plastic/glass to write notes on.

Backgound: white collar, require to jot down alot of notes during meetings/phone calls and general brainstorming.I do go out to see clients often so if it can fit in a compendium it would be ideal.

Traditionally I just use a notebook but wouldn't mind a tablet which I can use to put everything down.

Ideally want something that is light, can be used with stylus, screen size around 12-13" and most importantly CHEAP!

So unsure if such a device exists but if it does I'm all for recommendations.

Thanks,

P

edit: originally wanting A4 sized tablet, but being a bit too ambitious as it's roughly 16" equivalent.

  • There are some E ink A4 pen tablets. They cost a fortune.

    • Yep, if i had $$$$ I'd get a surface pro or ipad pro… I think may need to go back to writing on notepads like a bum

      • like a bum

Not really a bum. I haven't actually seen anyone jot down notes on an electronic device before, except myself. Even then, I still carry around a traditional notepad.

        • +1

without disclosing where I work it's quite popular here, but most of these devices are self funded. I find it annoying typing everything as alot of the time I have to draw diagrams etc. I'd literally only want it for the function of being able to write notes, then emailing them to myself so I can keep it on file. Of course alternatively I can just scan the notebook prior to disposing of it, ah first world problems….
