Thinking to move to Pacific Hydro. I called them to ask if their Market Offer rates will remain locked for two years as specified here Market Offer and they said that if you sign now your rates will be locked for two years. I think they can still change the rates. Can any one advise on this ?
Their two offers are Market Offer and Standing Offer .
I think that Market Offers can change any time. Only standing offers remain same and can only change once every six months as mentioned here
Hi I am with them for a year and have not had my rates increased.
