As title, buy an used laptop for my sister back in my country (thats why I think new laptop is not necessary/cant confirm AU warranty cover in my country). My requirement is lightweight, durable (long lasting), better screen. Personal preference any brand but not Lenovo.

Dell E7xxx are the best quality that you'll find in this category (pretty much the outright best). Your only issue might be battery/performance because Haswell CPUs are hungry on mobile. It might be worth looking at a 5450 or 7450 since Broadwell is much more efficient. I was getting 10 hours of battery life on my 5450 before I got a 7470. Make sure to get one with a 1080p screen as 1366x768 looks horrific above 13"
