Actually its the cholestoral that your body produces from eating saturated fats which is the issue.

@supabrudda: No it is fact, if a medical "expert" disagrees with that they are negligent. You know how they cause heart attacks in mice to study heart disease? they feed them eggs which is the food highest in cholesterol. 1 egg contains as much cholersterol as 4 bigmacs.
They did have Spudlite potatoes 1/2 priced at $2.50 for 1.5kg the other week. I bought a few to try them out and they are quite nice, but I usually buy my potatoes for $6 for 5kg elsewhere.

I agree, the entire medical industry is making a lot of money by people sickening themselves buying 1/2 priced junk foods. Medical services is 20% of the economy which is mostly made up of degenerative diseases entirely poor diet related.
