        Webmoney is best described as the unholy offspring of PayPal and bitcoin.

        For Webmoney two basic methods of payment exist:

        1. Linked credit card to the account.
        2. Webmoney's own currency.

        Linking a credit card to webmoney is difficult unless you are a Russian citizen.

        Because of this I am selling the equivalent of $50 USD webmoney for $54 USD Bitcoin/PayPal.

        Nah. Not in Russian.
        I purchased on Plati.
        VPN to Russia/ Ukraine (one of those CIS countries)
        Check IP address is Russia.
        Turn on Steam.
        Activate code on steam. (Needs Ru VPN or similar to activate)
        Turn off steam. Turn off VPN. Commence download locally. Plays without VPN fine.
