I also got a refund from them.
Voting a positive +1 on this "deal" because even if its a great price error and not a bargain, all the cool kids are doing it!
I bought a samsung EVO 850 250gb from msy for 124 on Thursday. When I saw the deal. I was about the buy it for my second laptop. But then seeing people suggest it may not be honoured, I changed my mind and save myself the trouble of refunds. Sometimes good to have a sweet dream. The deal look so good at ozbargain since there wasn't too many +100 deals recently despite the 20% discount on ebay.
So dreams are deals now? LOL

CPL is a horrible organisation and I can guarantee that if you went in to the store to try and get them to honour the price that the manager would yell at you until you leave.

To an extent. I was returning a sealed item that didn't do what the salesperson said it would though, and they took 20% off the refund as a 'restocking fee' despite it being unopened. They yelled.
Gotta take that kind of sh!te to Department of Fair trading.
MSY know all about that, they even happily posted it all over their website.
@TilacVIP: Yeah this was circa 2006-7 times were different back then. The ACCC actually said they had dealt with that particular CPL many times before then and the manager was very stubborn and temperamental even to them.
I just cut ties and boycotted from that day onwards. I build PC's for family and nothing has come from there since then. Mostly MSY and Scorptec get my business these days… that and Amazon US / ebay deals
I read review on Google about umart, same, restocking fee was charged even that item was returned on the same day.
