What's the difference?
1907 is awful. It's only 37%, and it's like paint stripper if you try drink it straight.
It's worth paying the ~$6 more for Old No. 7. It's $38.95 at Dan Murphy's at my location (it may differ depending where you live).
First Choice is acting very sketchy with their ebay store this sale. 90% of their spirits are sold out on their ebay store with no new stock being added.
A few stores did this. Wanted a GTX 1080 graphics card and the store I wanted to buy from had it for about $859 but it went out of stock just before the sale started. New stock is $945!
In FCLs case its often poor design and/or operator error making the listings, either at ebay end, or FCL.
If youre in Qld, it often shows a message choose less than 1, as they dont deliver to Qld addresses, yet being Coles owned they do deliver I was told over the phone. Thats a setting they havent fixed in ebay, and theyve been told about it. I got around it in an earlier sale by adding a Melbourne address to my ebay account, then selecting a Qld store for pick up, and it worked fine. Not so this time, lots of items say choose less, and Im only trying to purchase 1. Other items state clearly out of stock. Some items state choose a lower amount, but if its one of the listings you can see the C&C options for, all stores show stock.
Worse, any order I was able to make last time, I couldnt now anyway as the page only shows me my previous orders. There is no option to add to cart or buy now. PC does have 'buy another', but its one that tells me to choose a lower amount, the mobile app has no such purchase option.
Old No 7 isn't on eBay but 1907 is and is $32.80 pick up using PRAWNS link
