Yesterday I tried to lock my fuel price and top up at the same time. After that, my app stopped working. I checked my bank account and the funds has been taken, but it kept telling me to contact customer service. I emailed them (and got a reply saying they will get back to me soon) but did not hear from them. I tried to call them on their 1800 number, but has been on hold for more than 30mins. Is anyone else having the same issue?
I've opened the app and a message popped up saying "We are currently experiencing issues with the Fuel App payment systems and are working to resolve them as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience"
