I was trying different carrier for less data but unlimited call prepaid plan.
However, as soon as the credit used up by data, the phone is not able to dial out.
Is there any Call Only plan, comparing to Data only plan?
or any plan has relatively lesser data, but call is not restricted even if data quota is used up?

Coles mobile is 20$ for unlimited for 5 weeks (35 days). Probably not the cheapest, but they certainly don't stop calls when you run out of data.
Turn off mobile data on your phone. Then you can't accidentally use data and your problem is solved.
This, or set your mobile to turn off data before you reach your limit.

I doubt Amaysim would turn off calls, for example. I don't follow prices anymore but the cheapest "technically" on a 1 month or less pre-paid basis was Jeenee at $9.90/month…until you decide to leave them after a few months and realise the $10 signup fee wasn't worth it.
