    I once had a really nice glen fiddich at the airport as a sample. Forgot which type but was definitely glen fiddich. I brougt a single malt, cask collection one hoping it was the same one but it wasnt. Unfortunately the cask collection didnt say how long its been aged for too. How does that compare to a 12 year single malt? Better or worse quality?

      This is the cheaper glen fiddich. They go upwards from this one. In saying that i really enjoy the 12 yo.

      The aged versions are so much better than non aged. Personal taste and opinion of course.

      The 12 is my go to as its the best value for price

      Maybe it was a different age? Try the 15 or maybe 18

      I am not experienced and didn't try Dimple so can't say or compare with Chivas..
