    great deal, but not much polarised ones

    • Black RB2132 Polarised - picked up for $150 at costco yesterday

  • Not bad prices for local stock, but you'll still find cheaper from Amazon or eBay buying from sellers in the USA.

    • Any good eBay & Amazon sellers/links you might know of? Thanks in advance.

        Just did a quick scan (using the model code from catch) of ebay b4 posting. Many results. No specific individual seller.

        • Cheers. Will check them out.

          @AussieDaddy:

          Not hugely cheaper, my main reason for posting was to remind people you won't miss out on the current "catch" prices, even if you buy at a later date!

    according to Ray Ban's website Catch aren't authorised to sell them .. so you may have issues with repairs & warranty?

    THE WEBSITE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS NOT CURRENTLY PART OF OUR CERTIFIED RESELLER LIST. THIS DATABASE IS CONTINUOUSLY UPDATED SO PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CHECK BACK AT A LATER DATE.

    • Does that mean there's a likelihood that Catch might be selling fakes? I bought an Aviator Ray-Ban sunnies from them late last year, and I was kinda concerned that they may not be authentic.

      • +1

        Probly not fake so much as grey import. The pair I bought from them stated that in the package that all warranty claims are done through them.

  • OT: i note catch is also advertising Havaianas Slim for $19.99 on that same page. Thins? never understood their purpose as they wouldnt be the most comfortable when hiking. maybe they're better fly swatters with their increased elasticity. ?? i'll take mine regular thanks.

    I just buy $8 polarised Wayfarer knockoffs from AliExpress.

    Order about 5 at a time.

    Don't have to worry about looking after them. If I damage a pair I just chuck them out and grab another pair from my drawer.

    Don't be fooled by some of these sunnies. Some are not polarised but apparently offer the same protection. I call bs but each to their own.

    The Daddy-O RB2016 have the Green Classic or G15 lens

    • Polarisation or lack thereof doesn't imply an absence of protection. Think of window tinting in the sense that you can have films that block out various percentages of UV for different purposes. Polarised lenses are useful in specific circumstances as are sunglasses with different non-polarised tinting levels (e.g. light for driving or low light and darker for bright sunlight)
