Peugeot Planet 2000 (Car Software)

Hi,

I have a Peugeot and need to remove an error code on the car that keeps showing up after I did the dpf fluid top up myself. I ordered a LEXIA 3 cable from ebay which arrived with "software" if I may call it that. It is the Diagbox software that has peugeot planet software parallel to it as an option. However the cd that arrived with the cable is so messy to install and buggy i simply give up not worth the effort i am putting into it.
Does anyone know where can I download a clean copy of this software or anyone living in the Melbourne area, preferably near Point Cook suburbs has this software? I am willing to pay a small fee for someone to do this for me (10$) and get reset the counter for the dpf fluid.

    • Thanks, I wasn't aware that there was a dedicated Pug forum. Posted there too, hopefully someone helps out :)

    • wow that pug forum full of a bunch unfriendly pug mechanics…god bless ozbargain

      • That’d be the French influence.

  • Another option is a bluetooth obd2 reader and an app for your phone. I've used torque (the paid version) to remove warning lights, etc.

    • Torque would definitely not be able to read a Pug's code. Renault and Citroen are equally as difficult needing a special reader and software.

      • I have one of those torque blue tooth adapters + torque pro, but it would not read the ECU as it should only basic data.

A 20 year old Peugeot is still running? Impossible.
