Why Is PricePal So Bad?

OK I am having continuing problems with Pricepal. They have some better rebates then Cash Rewards, but the problem is I constantly get incorrect cash backs with Pricepal and constantly have to lodge complaints to Pricepal.

OK so Pricepal has sometimes higher cashbacks (Founder Level) then Cash Rewards but the last Shave Shop promo where I bought clippers for $14.90 it came up as a $3.60 purchase on Pricepal.

I am trying to prove the purchase but Shaver Shop sent no electronic invoice.

I think I am only going to use Cash Rewards from now on.

    I have the opposite experience. PricePal more reliable than Cash Rewards. Guess it's the luck of the draw

      Yeah, Cash Rewards has been more miss than hit for me - 4 out of 5 transactions don't appear for me even though they are logged in my click history. I am getting sick of having to lodge missing claims!

      But they tend to process payment later and later now.Feb payment not being done yet.

        Have they processed the Feb payment yet as I still haven't received anything since Jan.
