Hey all,
I have just logged onto my GT account to bump up and ad and have discovered that the little check box next the bump up option is greyed out and unable to be clicked on.
This has never happened before. Can anyone shed some light on what might be the issue?
I think this might be the case, though not 100% sure? They've definitely introduced a lot of features that are pay-to-use; I'm not a regular so I'm not sure if those features were free once upon a time?
As tomclancy has said, if you want to generate more views, just delete and re-list the ad. Sometimes, depending on what you're selling and how popular it is you might want to say in the new ad that it's being re-listed with a new price etc.

I used to do exactly that but GT caught on and every ad that I made was deleted. I don't want to risk having these ads deleted
change the text or title slightly and youll be fine

I think you only have 24 hrs to bump once, after that you need to pay. Easiest way is to delete and relist like you've done
I have had these ads for years, I dont mind paying it's just that I dont even have the option!
Just start new ad and cancel the old. I thought they made bumping ads cost money a few years back?
