Unsure How to Use National Cinema Evoucher

So I had won a National Cinema eVoucher from the Android Pay envelope promotion a couple months ago. It is expiring soon and I was planing to use it, but when i attempt to put the barcode number and the pin into the Events cinema gift card payment, I receive an invalid gift card warning. The barcode begins with "V" but i am unable to type in "V" into the gift card number section, only able to type in the numbers after it.

Anyone know if there is a proper way to use the eVoucher?

    go into the cinema and book the tickets?

    Use it in person at the cinema if you are not sure

    It goes in the "Have a Voucher, Promo Code or Gift Card?" section above where you select tickets at the start.
    You will have to pay the booking fee though.
