      Look into ambient music. Thats just a starter guide.

      Cant reccomend Gas enough though.

    Calm is an extremely poor substitute for 'Mindfulness'.

    Calm is just a collection of 'rainfall sounds' and a few binaural beats which there are 1000's for free on YouTube.

        I use one called meditation studio. Its paid but I got it when it was 20c. It has tailored meditations by qualified people, customizable and non intrusive (no log ins,email etc.) Well worth it, even at $5. Shame it hasnt come on sale again.

          If you're chasing free mindfulness meditation, you can't go past Smiling Mind. Entirely free, suitable for beginner to advanced, available on web & Apple/Android apps, & it has something suitable for everyone! Check it out.

        ummm….just downloaded it anyway. It does have guided meditation exercises. It isn't just noises. I don't think you looked properly

      I think you have the wrong app. Maybe you are thinking of noisli. There is a daily meditation as well as guided 7 day courses. The Masterclass on addiction was also very good.

    Incredible! This app is a lifesaver! The rainfall sound for falling asleep is so good, and the meditations are great!

        I have a current subscription until August. I did as described here: logged in on the website, then clicked the link above and "activated my free trial". I still see an expiry date of August, after logging out and back in again.
        Is there any more to it for existing subscription holders?
