        Lol. If you're picturing a bunch of old cloaked monks brewing beer by hand, you're incorrect. These are commercial-scale breweries merely operating within the walls of a monastery for the sake of selling at $10-100 a beer to whoever will believe it imparts some mystical quality justifying the price. It's not the 1600's anymore and the beer certainly doesn't live up to the price tag imho (subjective of course). Great marketing spiel though, clearly works on some…
