  Recently returned an item due to change of mind and their customer service is really great…no issues at all…They have 90 days return policy..

  Just went down and refunded the 2 pairs I purchased for valentines day. Had $70 in credit and ended up adding some extra cash to that for another pair for the wife and myself on top of the sunnies we already had.

  Walked out with 3 pairs of nice Raybans (Aviators, Caravans and Wayfarers) and a pair of Carrera 27. Very happy chappy.

  Cant fault their customer service either. I used the shop at Cockburn Central.
