Their website states "All products are covered by our standard 12 months Australian warranty unless otherwise specified." and neither the chair info page nor this post specifies any warranty greater than that.
This is not a bargain.
Temple & Webster did sell the Genidia for around $890 but no longer sell it. I think we are the only stockists of this chair in Australia at the moment.

Where is the 10+ year warranty.
Standard warranty for this chair is 3 years.
We have chosen to sell at a cheaper price, the drawback is the reduction in warranty.
We will be happy to offer 10 year warranty at the full retail price of $1200.
Ok, change your sale price to $300, and 3 year warranty is ok.
Otherwise this is not a bargain.

Selling a chair that sold in Australia for $890 (Temple & Webster) and sells in the UK for EUR$770 (AUD$1200) for $690 we believe is a bargain.
If you would like to import the chair to Australia and offer it for $300 incl GST + offer 3 years warranty we will buy your entire inventory.
Well its not a bargain. This is clearance stock, you want to get rid of it, sell it for a decent price, don't rip us off.
I know you purchased this chair for well under $690
Go and post on gumtree instead or have a garage sale, this place is for bargains.
For that price it better be the BEST CHAIR ;)
but seriously better off buying a well known brand or even one of the gaming chairs with a 5-7 year warranty and still save $200 bucks
Speaking of chairs - any recommendations that can handle 24/7 use that doesn't have wheels on the bottom (it's for a vessel).
You can just buy a normal office chair and replace the wheels with stationary glides as most chairs use a standard fitting.

Also this chair appears to no longer be sold, $200 off isn't much for a clearance price for what appears to be a no name product.
Their chair is just too expensive, you are better off getting a well known brand at that price.
