Recommend Me a 4K UHD Blu-Ray Player

Hello all,

I'm after a Blu-Ray player to pair with my Hisense TV. I'm not after anything super fancy, but I do have a couple of things I'm looking for feature-wise:

-Fairly small physical footprint
-Able to play 4K Blu-Rays
-Able to easily convert to region free for DVD playback (or come region free out of the box)

I have a lot of overseas DVDs, hence the need for region free DVD playback. The other two features are nice to have but not essential.

Edit: as an example, this is pretty close to what I'm after but doesn't have 4k playback:

  Xbox One S deals have been posted here for a couple hundred bucks lately, get one of those maybe?

    Thanks, wasn't aware that these could do region free for DVDs though?

    Looking like the Laser unit I linked might be the best option, and I'll just not worry about 4K for now.
