Best non noise cancelling wireless/wired on-ear headphones under $200

Hey guys,

The $400 headphone poll is dominated by the big two noise cancelling headphones but for those of us who want something to use when at home and don't need noise cancelling what is the best option.

    Bose SoundTrue Ultra. It looks like these have entered run out. Got a pair for the missus recently for ~$99. If you don't need "noise cancelling" these are outstanding. Will eliminate a lot of background noise in any event.

      I thought about adding it but I feel it probably better to focus on either on-ear vs in-ear hence updated title.
