that's without the AC adapter. I just used an adapter from an old optus ADSL modem (DC 12V / 2A(min.))

I paid US$14.99 delivered about 2 years ago. I really like the capacity check function. I just cracked open 15 laptop batteries - to re-use the 18650 cells.

I saw a deal (now expired) going for about US$12. The best I can find is about US$19+post. That $7 can buy a lot of IKEA/Aldi rechargeables.
