Help Recommend a Local Mailbox or Mail Forwarding Service with Street Address

Hi!

Looking to get a permanent mailing address that's not a PO Box which can perhaps receive a few letters a year (maybe 10-15) which are then either collected in person after a notifcation or forwarded (for an additional fee)

I've looked into Virtual Offices, but they want something like $50/month, or something like an MBE which is about $250/year.

I saw one the other day that charges a dollar or so an item, but has a low or nil monthly cost.

I'm in Perth, but I guess it doesn't really matter what city it is in if forwarding is cheap.

Any recommendations?

    Slip me $50p.a. and I'll receive your drugs, er, completely legitimate mail, and forward it on, no worries.

      Already using the vacant rental next door for AlphaBay drops :)

      Plenty of those in Perth.

    Could use an auspost parcel locker? They are free. Doesnt do the forwarding but you get a text message when something arrives.
