Then ozbargain should stop putting state specific deals as well.

Also if you cant help then dont even bother to comment. This is posted in forum, not in bargain post section.

You cn always call them or go in to the shop to ask these questions.

    • I am actually going this afternoon. Thought if someone work here, I would be able to get some informatiin and a better deal

      • Will they even be open this arvo? Mack 1 always looked after me well.

        • I checked time on google and it is coming that they are open.

How was your experience with Kawasaki bike in general

        • @sonu1111: excellent, I never had any problems with my ninja 250 but only owned it 9 months.

I changed the alternator and battery on my 600 but it’s done 70,000km so I want too shocked (no pun intended)

        • @coxjon: i was thinking to buy either ninja 650L, vulcan S or ducati monster 659. All of these are expensive as I dont want to keep these bike past my R licence.

Ninja 400L is $7,600 amd as it is mid range, I think I should be able to sell it really quick.

        • @sonu1111:

Yeah you can generally sell it for a decent price if you don't drop it, and you'll probably only have one service (not including the first 'break in service, I think at 1000km) to pay for before you sell it.

I think when I bought mine the first break in service was included in the price.

  • Make sure you immediately install an ebay shorty exhaust and braaaap around the suburbs.

    • I am only eligible for LAMS bike, do you think it is even possible on these bikes.

    Motorbikes are dangerous…

    • I would say it depends who is driving it and how much training classes they have taken.

I agree that in situation like accident, people are much safer in car than bikes but it is fun to ride bike and it is more fuel efficient than cars.

      • With the clogged up Motorways/Freeways we currently have now, a motorbike would be ideal to zig-zag and get through & to your destination earlier.

However in my view (and I do only have a car), you cannot trust cars on the road as I have seen day to day cars abruptly changing lanes with no indicator, slowing down everyone … tailgating etc.

        Cheers

      • it is more fuel efficient than cars.

        That's arguable.

I wonder how much fuel a motorbike would use transporting a family of four and a pet dog…
