PricePal Email: We've Undertaken a Complete Overhaul of Our Customer Service Team and Their Approach

Anyone else get this email, (i havent cut and pasted it just in case)
we have two accounts and got them both,

have I missed something?

I had a minor issue with Pricepal a few months ago where all my cashbacks were cut by up to 90%, but then emailed them and said it would be fixed, the customer rep had a bit of attitude, but it was fixed,

ive had far more problems with Cashrewards

  • I also noticed that Pricepal tracking system is getting worse. Many of my purchases haven't been recorded since couple weeks ago.

    • They havent processed any payment recently.When was your last payment?

        • Same.After that,no one reported receiving payment.We might stop using it now.
