Hey guys has anyone used iVideo pocket wifi in Japan before? It’s so cheap compare to the other providers out there!
My main concern is they put a disclaimer that they cannot guarantee the wifi will de delivered on the day and they only ship out the day before we land in Japan. What’s delivery in Japan like? Lol if it’s anything like Aus I might select the starting date a day earlier.

If you are looking to share data, get a sim at the airport and put in an old phone to tether. Connect old phone to power bank.
We went with Global Advanced Communications which offers pocket wifi. They delivered to our hotel, so that once we arrived for check-in it was already there for us to use. When leaving, they supplied us with a postal envelope which we popped the pocket wifi into and placed it into the nearest post office. Easy!
yeh I checked their price..it's quite pricy compare to the other providers. I just looking for other options at the moment
Haven't used them but might possibly use them for our trip in April.
There doesn't seem to be much bad things about them when I checked on Whirlpool - I'm assuming the Japan system might be better than Auspost/Metro; we'll just have them deliver to the Lawsons at the airport, hopefully they won't stuff it up
yeh same I'm actually thinking of paying an extra 4USD to start the pocket wifi a day earlier so that way give them 2 days to deliver to the airport.
just buy a sim at the airport when you arrive and whack it in your phone.
or if flying via singapore then get a starhub sim
