when it has kogan on the product i wont touch it.

    • Wow.. this was negged?? This has finally proven to me that OZB has a number of idiots.

Why buy a TV from them when they are made substandard. The risk of a fault increases and you will then wait around trying to get a warranty claim.
You cannot see or try this brand before it arrives, by which time it is too late :(

Avoid. Buy a decent TV. You probably use it every day. It doesn't have to cost thousands.. in fact I always buy used.

      • Yeah I didn't say don't buy Samsung brands from Kogan website but don't buy Kogan brands. Ful stop. bought 3x small items so i learn the hard way three times. Went to bin 20 mins after arrival. go figure. and I am tight ass. But just can't see it around reminding me of my failure.

    • Update voted the above comment.

Had issue with their product. I won't buy from them again.

      You pay what you get.

  • Our busted one took almost 2 months for a refund. They had it for 3 weeks before a technician even looked at it.

Keep the box and packaging for the courier to pick it up to save some time…

I have a 43" MU9000, picture quality is actually quite good for the price, I paid $400 delivered. Remote is not user friendly though, I plug a chrome cast and just use it to watch youtube videos in the bedroom. Sound is quite loud, louder than my Samsung KS8000 and Sony X9000E. For me, so far have not have any issue yet.

    • How is picture quality compared to your Sony and Samsung.. also gaming quality and input lag..

Looking for a cheap tv for watching 4k YouTube and Netflix and the World Cup this year.

Gonna buy a Xbox One S or PS4 also and play it on that.

      • I would say the Samsung and Sony are better but there is a huge price difference with the Kogan, so in term of value, I would say the Kogan are good value. Did not game on the Kogan so can't comment on the input lag and quality.

        • How much did you buy them for? Would you say it is worth saving for in your opinion or not really much difference

        • @AlienC: If you can get it for 50% or less for the Kogan vs the Samsungs and Sonys, I think it is worth the buy, I paid $400 for a 43" MU9000, not sure whether the MU9500 or MU/KU8000 use the same panel as I heard Kogan use either LG or Samsung panel for their TV.

        • @stargalaxy: yeah 55" Kogan is about $500-$600 delivered 65" Kogan is $800 roughly.

If I can get a 65" Sony or Samsung for under $1k with HDR and 4k and low input lag for gaming and chroma subsampling 4:4:4 for pc monitor usage I'll be set.want to get 65" minimum.

I saw some 75" 4K Hisense for around $1700 AUD delivered I think.

          Not sure on HDR though.
