I’m new to the whole comping, is there any tricks to doing this? I bought over 12 packets and didn’t win at all lol :-(

Ok so normally these types of comps have a computer randomly select times, in this instance 2200 different times during the competition period. The first person to enter after a selected time wins a prize. By entering one after another you give yourself very little chance of winning.
I know some compers like to enter early or late in the day as not many people are up, or some like to enter right on the hour. Some just enter whenever, it really is just a big lucky dip.Hope this helps, keep with it and you will eventually win. I'm 2 entries in a no win yet, maybe today :) Good luck!
@Smalot11: Yea I am a night person so I tend to do my entries as late as possible so I am not competing with as many people (at least in theory). I have had the most luck in these kind of comps entering at like 3-4am but it is just that, luck.
Will very much agree that you should spread your entries out rather than doing them back to back.

I’ve won a few times. Anyone know what they mean by provisional? Do they call or ask to send the receipt? I have a few receipts and have already forgotten which ones won and the others that didn’t lol.
Last years Extra competition you had to show proof of all your purchases. Every receipt had to be produced for every entry per house hold. So if you and your partner both entered you had to have the receipt for all entries. Caught a few of us out last year because we didn’t hang on to our dockets. Hope this helps. And if you have all the receipts but 1. They will deem all entries ineligible.

I won but like an idiot I totally missed that the purchase was supposed to be made at Woolies. I submitted a Coles receipt and my prize was invalidated.

I’ve received a few gift cards, activated them and even waited 48 hours and they’re not working - saying declined and or incorrect pin. Anyone else having this problem?
Every single gift card originally issued is a dud.
They're all being replaced due to an issue with the production line…
Exact same thing here, emailed the support a week ago and they haven't gotten back to me.
It shows that it has money on it but it keeps getting declinedYeah I called them and waited about 15 mins. The lady took down a bunch of details and shortly later someone else called me back and explained the issue impacted every single card and they’re all being replaced.
Sweet, weird how no one else in this thread has been complaining if its affecting all cards

I have received 2 cards so far, one worked fine and the other one is coming up declined/incorrect pin. I have phoned and left details but no response as yet.
Just got an email asking me for the card number of the one/s that aren't working and an address to get a replacement sent to.
They said they'll send a new card out to me in 1-2 working days
I received an email advising of the error with some of the cards, and a number to call for replacements if needed.
Has anyone got a contact email for these people? I've tried emailing them using the Wrigley's contact form since I haven't received the one gift card I won yet but haven't heard anything and it's been another week.
Already received a replacement for one card. Tried to use another card and it has the same error so now another one is on it's way.
