I have been a Kogan Mobile customer for a while. However, recently I bought a voucher for a friend recently. However it expires in 20 days from purchase date which I think is ridicules. Previously, the vouchers had 3 months expiry even if that was little, it was way better than now. I have lost money and one of my friends who I recommended bought to vouchers on for 1 month and under for a year. He just realised that the year voucher expired before even his first months finishes.
Unless they change back to at least 3 months expiry, I can no longer recommend them, might as well change providers.
you'd always check the expiry date before purchasing the voucher.
