Usual price 49.90 a case. Ad lists an early expiry date, but I just picked up two cases which expire in August for the same price. Please enjoy.

    I'm always looking for a good pear cider , I prefer them on the dry end of the scale.

    A new one I tried yesterday is Coldstream (in a bar so $9.50/bottle LOL) , it's pretty good.

    Can somebody rank this one on the sweetness scale ? ;-)

    edit: I just ordered a case so guess I'll find out soon enough :-)

        Your suppose to fill the cup with ice so it gets very cold (colder the less sweet it is, just like how icecream is super sweet once it melts) and the ice dilutes it.

        That's the proper way to drink it :/

      Not a dry cider. Sweet. Additionally, pear is a sweet fruit anyway. However it unlike many, is made using traditional fermenting with real fruit rather than the fast processed crap mostly around.

      So,we like it.

      We just finished this week the last deal with a use by date i think Sep5 2017.

      This is genuine fermented so it needs to go straight into fridge to stop that process. If you do not do that, then your result may be different.

    If you warm this on stove for about 10min reduces alcohol so you get a healthy pear cider.

      Alcohol doesn't boil off the water does, cooking reduces it very little, it will however destroy some of the flavor if boiled.

    These were $3 per bottle today when I w as in DM, didn't see the deal on the case although they did have a 6 pack of cans of the strawberry and lime for $17 and it comes with a free glass.

        Source please? Afaik it's diluted white wine with artificial flavours. Tastes like crap, overly sweet and have nothing to do with real cider. Unless you're 15 stay away from this stuff.

          @decr: I gave it a crack last time there was a (better) bargain, I didn't pass comment on the quality. Personally at a cheap enough price I find it fine, but I'm not going to go recommending it as the bee's knees.

          @decr: Wellll champ, if you find this so atrocious, I'd suggest a pear cider - which is what the label says? dunno what else you would be clumsily trying to suggest - is obviously going to gravitate towards the sweeter end of the spectrum, isn't something you should be buying. Sorry you're so upset about the whole thing.

          @zwolf: hah, not really. Pear has a fair but of unfermentable sugars so yes it will end up sweeter. This is Kopparberg so I'd be surprised if it has even seen a pear.

    Bought today with click/collect, but they had to source 15x individual bottles and put them in a random box.
    13th May 18 is the date on mine. Just seems to be whatever is in stock.

    A tad sweet but very clean finish. Best selling pear cider in the world. I grabbed another couple of cases while I finish the last of a couple of cases I got on sale previously.
