    Yeah good but I picked them up for $15 a few weeks ago, also Mission Impossible set for same price. If you check Amazon often you'll see the prices constantly waver. Gotta love the VAT reduction.

      I probably wouldve done the same thing, because $15 for a BD movie is pretty good. But $7.75 is even better ;).

          Yes I meant 15 pounds and yes for this exact boxset. It's actually a little different than the ones in stores here. The one from amazon is in those slim brd cases like the ones from US/CAN. The first three movies are single disc editions, the Origins movie is a double disc set.

          oh… I get it now. I read it as $15 each (which is still pretty good imo! if I can get a BD for under $20 I'm pretty happy).

          but 15 pounds for the entire set (albeit slightly different) is awesome. shouldve posted here mate!

          just a little extra info:
          reading some of the reviews for the above item, it looks as though the first 3 movies are double discs, and then wolverine is the 7th single disc.

      Whats the difference between theatrical and extended ? A couple of minutes footage ? Surely the extra couple of minutes footage can't make a 3 hour movie that much better ? Unless its an awesome scene.

        FOTR: 30 minutes of new material
        TT: 45 minutes of new material
        ROTK: 50 minutes of new material

        More than a couple of scenes worth. ROTK extended is especially good.

        I was looking at this and also a lot of people complained about the quality of blu ray version and that it was no better than the DVD they put out earlier. Can't comment personally but I decided not to get it and wait.

      They deduct VAT for starters. And their shipping can be cheaper. The UK also has no tax on books as far as I know.

    Just remember to expect delays with delivery due to the weather conditions in the UK. My order was estimated to be received by 14 January at the earliest. Never know, might turn up early, but just be aware of this.

    Received Today in the mornin Bought X-Men Quad + Underworld Trilogy it was packaged in cardboard book wrapping side by side 2 box sets side by side, boxes look great but looks abit small well at least it will save me some shelf space.

    Hope you guys get yours soon, still waitin for my LIFE copy and Austin Powers Box Sets from Barnes & Noble
