Lenovo Tab3 8 Plus APN Settings for Vodafone or Optus

I am having trouble getting a good internet connection on my new Lenovo Tab 3 8 plus LTE. It is either non-existent or very intermittent and slow.
Can anyone share their APN settings for their tablets on Vodafone or Optus?

  MMS Protocol (For Android 2.1 or higher): WAP 2.0
  MMSC: Not set or blank
  MMS Proxy: Not set or blank
  MMS Port: Not set or blank
  MCC: 505
  MNC: 02
  Authentication Type: PAP (or CHAP on some devices incl. Mac OS-X)

  You must switch your device off and on again for these new settings to take effect

    Thanks, Ive tried those and still very patchy or non existent connection. Vodafone tech is of no help…
