Are We Allowed to Take Gillette Fusion Razors on a Domestic Flight?

I recently have a domestic flight and was wondering if we are allowed to take shaving items on?
I always though they were banned?

So Scotty's tapped into another source of income for the site, being an outsourced helpdesk. :)

    No, only Schick razors.

Incorrect! Coles house brand also allowed.

Can't speak for Gillette brand though … these are likely banned.

Did you try at all to Google this yourself? People on Ozbargain waste a lot of time asking simple questions. Since you may not know how to use Google, I have found the answer for you. I will leave you to read this page and find the answer, I don't want to make it too easy for you!

I take my Rockwell 6C so a lesser man's razor should be ok…P

    • With blades as well?

Only installed, never go away for that long that I have to take extras. :)

        • Gee I would have thought that’d be a security risk..
But then again kinda hard to threaten anyone with a safety razor’s blade, you run a 50/50 chance of slicing yourself anyway.

        • @zonra: Bit hard to access when they are in my main luggage. Most of these things deemed 'safety risks' are total BS IMO.

  • and was wondering if we are allowed to take shaving items on?

You wouldn't be such a broke uni student if you stopped wasting money on fancy Gillette Fusion razors.

  • +3

No because you are still a child, and you don't need a razor.

You mean the Gillette Fusion Razors that provides advanced 5-blade technology that helps reduce pressure per blade for a comfortable shave — even on sensitive skin?
