I don't want great or amazing options I want the best of lowest end.
Most (if not, all) phones under $100 might start out great, but will then slow down sooner than you expected, therefore causing a frustrating experience.
Yes, most under $100 phone can use Facebook and call people, but they can't do it well.

I'd go the Redmi 5A @ ~$120. It's hard at your price range to get anything big, cheap and not junk. The Redmi 5A is an upgrade over last years model with a metal frame. If you're willing to stretch an extra $20 here, another $20 again puts you close to $150 and you'd be able to get a much nicer phone again. Available here
