Which Banks Have Removed ATM Fees for All Cardholders?

Off the top of my head, I can only remember CBA and Westpac removing fees for non-customers.

Which other banks have removed their fees? I'll try to update this as comments come through.

ANZ definitely have. They never announced when they started, but I have been using them all this year at least, with no fees.

  Do ANz waive the atm fees from ‘foreign’ atms as well? Like the independent ones you find in pubs, etc?

    Sorry, I meant the ANZ branded ATMs don't charge fees for non ANZ bank cards now. I don't know what ANZ charge for their customers as I'm not one.
