Best Mobile Phone Company to Call Croatia 🇭🇷

Does anyone know a good telco that gives generous calling to Croatia. Willing to pay around $50 or even $60 for a good plan. If you know let me know 😃.

    Does it need to be to a phone number? Why not use WhatsApp or FaceTime or facebook etc?

      It's for an elderly person who doesn't have a smart phone and a bit hard to get them to learn..

    Use skype calls. 400 mins to land line and mobile for AU$16.50 per month. If you think you are gonna use much more, then buy the unlimited plan about AU$25 or so. This will make calls using your mobile data or wifi to land line.

    Hello, I know this post is old but just reaching out to see if you found a decent mobile plan that includes calls to Croatia?

    We are in the same position have elderly family who wont use skype/whats app but want to makes calls to Croatia.
