        I contacted them and got a reply today saying they'll send another out. But I checked my mail when I got home and there it was. lol.

      I never received it too. I actually don't have a cat a home, was hoping to get the sample to treat my neighbour's 5 cats haha.

        It says "Sample Post - Road Transport Only" on the package, so it takes a while to arrive. Mine arrived today. I sent a message to Purina and they replied that "The sample from Purina ONE 21 Day challenge usually takes up to 14 business days for it to arrive.". So you should receive it soon hopefully.
